Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for items in new, unworn condition. To initiate a return, customers should email hello@pangwangle.com to receive a prepaid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No restocking fees are charged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Exchanges for alternate sizes or colors are encouraged and replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pang Wangle will provide a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
